SMALL GROUP CLASSES

FOUNDATIONAL FLOW

This class is designed to support beginner clients, those with injuries or other limitations, and those who want to reconnect with the fundamentals of Pilates. The class is based on foundational Pilates movements, which are meant to establish a strong core, spinal flexibility, and full body lengthening. Fundamental elements that are important in our everyday life, such as stability, coordination, balance, and stretching, will also be incorporated. While the Reformer is our primary tool, we’ll incorporate a variety of equipment to keep things engaging and offer level-appropriate challenges. Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to the “foundations” of your practice, this class is designed to meet you where you are — with encouragement, support, and a focus on mindful movement.

  • Grip socks required for all classes.

OPEN ACCESS FLOW

This is an ALL-Levels class and everyone is welcome—no experience necessary, just a ready-to-try-anything attitude! Beginner/intermediate members will have the opportunity to flirt with the more advanced exercises and expectations of the Elevated class without committing to its demands. Intermediate/advanced members will have the opportunity to continue strengthening their practice through the options to layer up the exercises.

Your instructor might choose a theme for the class, an exercise to practice specifically, or a piece of equipment to shape the workout. Whether you’re here to expand your skills or simply enjoy variety in your practice, this class supports your growth through mindful movement, encouragement, and community.

ELEVATED FLOW

Elevated Pilates is designed specifically for experienced intermediate to advanced clients who can move confidently through more complex choreography.

This class incorporates advanced Pilates exercises that demand strength, endurance, balance, precision, and full-body control. While thoughtful modifications will be offered, this is not a fundamentals or rehab-style class. Participants should already be able to safely perform challenging movements without ongoing balance limitations, active injuries, or significant mobility restrictions.

While the class is Reformer-based, we will regularly incorporate other equipment—such as the Pilates chair, tower, mat, barre, and props—to increase intensity and variety.

  • Previous Pilates experience required; strong balance, body awareness, and core control are expected

PUMPED

Are you ready for a fun, high energy, sweat and tremble producing workout?  This JUMP-board class will make it happen!  Pumped is a fusion class of traditional Pilates exercises to work the small, stabilizing muscle groups using slow, controlled, tremble inducing movements combined with a variety of non-Pilates exercises to work those larger muscle groups and the get the heart pumping.  Come prepared to hate me a little and love me a lot!

  • Previous Pilates experience, strong balance, body awareness, and core control expected

BALA BURN

Get ready for a serious burn as we turn up the heat with Bala bangles and weights. This fitness-intense Pilates class challenges strength, stability, and stamina for a full-body workout that delivers results. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart!

BARRE Assets 

Let’s sculpt and tone our assets! This triple threat Pilates/Barre fusion class will target your Arms, Abs, & Ass.  We’ll use the Reformer, Barre, weights, resistance bands and more to create an amazing burn and build muscle. Embrace the shake, baby!  Let’s kick some booty!
