PRIVATE TRAINING

Private training gives you personalized attention aimed at helping you meet your health and wellness goals.  Improve your core strength, spinal flexibility, and quality of movement in a one-on-one, encouragement driven, private training session!

Your one hour private session will include work on the reformer, tower, chair, and/or mat. Props will be utilized to add variety and challenge to your workout.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING / DUETS

Buddy up!  Enjoy the same benefits of a private session, as well as the opportunity to split the cost with a work-out buddy!  Having someone to partner with can add motivation, accountability, and extra fun to your pilates journey.
